From tracking to forecasting

TechTwin starts with the wearable data you already have to model how changes to your training, nutrition and lifestyle are likely to affect you — before you make them.

Add blood tests or DNA over time to give your twin more context.

Sub-3:30 marathon build

See if your current fitness can break 3:30.

Example forecasts. Yours are built from your own data.

Your twin

Forecasts based on your own data

Ask your twin what a 500-calorie deficit, six drinks on Saturday or a Zone 2 block would do. Every answer comes back as the most likely outcome and the range around it, built from your data, not a population average.

Scenario · 12-week marathon build

Your HRV is projected to rise 3.2 ms over this block.

Most likely 65.5 ms by week 12 (range 63.4 to 67.7).

Forecasts with a likely range

Every scenario returns its most likely outcome and the range around it. Solid is measured; dashed is your twin's forecast.

Ask in plain language

Plans, what-ifs and today's call, answered from your own numbers.

What-ifs

Ask your twin about new routines, interventions or changes to your plans. See what’s likely to happen before you commit.

Plans

Build race, strength and aerobic plans around your goals, schedule and available equipment.

Nutrition

Build nutrition plans around your goals, diet and food preferences. Get meal recommendations and shopping lists in advance.

Biological age

See how your fitness, recovery, body composition and metabolic health combine into a single biological-age estimate.

Your data

Put the data you already have to work

Your wearable already holds months or years of data on how you sleep, recover and train. Start there, then add blood tests or DNA to give your twin even more context. TechTwin fuses them all into one model of you. Works with Apple Watch, Fitbit, Pixel Watch and Oura. Full Garmin and WHOOP integration coming soon.

Day one

Your twin starts from years of your own data, not from zero.

Your twin can use that history straight away, so its first answers already reflect how you train, recover and respond.

Bloodwork

Upload a lab report from any lab. Every marker is converted to one set of units and tracked over time, and markers like ferritin and CRP feed into your forecast.

Apple Health

Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP and Oura, all through Apple Health on your iPhone, every year of history included.

Google Health

Fitbit and Pixel Watch, read directly — no phone app to install, nothing to keep open.

Lab reports

A blood test PDF from any lab. Fifteen markers are read, from ferritin and vitamin D to HbA1c and testosterone.

DNA files

A raw file from 23andMe or AncestryDNA. The file is read on your device and never stored.

Get started

Connect what you already have

Connect your wearable to bring in your existing health and training history. Add blood tests or DNA if you have them.

Your twin learns your baseline

Your sleep, recovery, heart rate and training load are modelled together and compared with what is normal for you.

Test a change before you make it

Ask about a new routine, training block, diet change or intervention. Your twin models the most likely outcome and the range around it.

Which devices and services does TechTwin read from?

Apple Health on an iPhone, which brings in Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP and Oura, and Google Health for Fitbit and Pixel Watch. Oura can also connect directly. For DNA, a raw file from 23andMe or AncestryDNA; for bloodwork, your lab report as a PDF. Watches that only write to Android's Health Connect cannot be read yet.

What can I ask my twin?

Anything that moves your numbers: a training plan, a calorie deficit or a diet like keto, an earlier bedtime, a night out. It answers with the metrics that change and the range each one is likely to land in.

How accurate are the forecasts?

Every forecast is a most likely value with its likely range, never a single promise. The range is widest while your twin is new and narrows as it learns your baseline, and once a plan is running you can see what actually happened next to what was forecast.

Do I need bloodwork or DNA to start?

No. One wearable is enough for a working twin. A blood panel or a DNA file refines the parts of the model it informs, and a measured blood marker always overrules an estimate from your DNA.

Is this medical advice?

No. TechTwin is a wellness forecaster. Talk to your doctor before acting on anything related to a medical condition.

Who owns my data?

You do. You can download everything, or delete your twin and all of its data, at any time from Settings.

What does it cost?
