Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the TechTwin website and application (the “Service”), provided by TechTwin Ltd (“TechTwin”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What TechTwin is

TechTwin builds a personalised physiological model from the data you provide and uses it to generate training-load estimates, performance forecasts, race-time predictions, AI-generated insights, and protocol suggestions. These are modelled estimates intended for general wellness and informational purposes.

3. Not medical advice

TechTwin is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its outputs — including biomarker interpretations, forecasts, and recommendations — are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, training, nutrition, or supplementation, and never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you saw in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. You use the Service and act on its outputs at your own risk.

4. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. The quality of your results depends on the accuracy of the data you enter. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload data about another person without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
• misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you submit.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, and content (excluding your data), is owned by TechTwin and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Beta and availability

The Service is offered on an evolving basis and may contain errors. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that any forecast, estimate, or recommendation will be correct or suitable for you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechTwin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
