Delete your account
You can delete your TechTwin account and the data held with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
In the app
Settings → Privacy → Delete account
Takes effect immediately. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
If you cannot sign in

We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody else can delete your data. We respond within one month, which can be extended by two further months for complex requests — we will tell you if that happens.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases your login record, and that cascades to everything held against it:
- Your profile, goals and preferences
- All training, sleep, heart-rate and other biometric logs
- Blood-panel results and menstrual-cycle records
- Trait values derived from your DNA file
- Meals, nutrition logs and food photos
- Protocols, forecasts, scenarios and fitted model parameters
- Your conversations with the AI coach and protocol builder
- Notification tokens and your record of consent
What is not covered
Three things are worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to discover them:
- Connected services. Deleting your account removes our copy of your data and our access tokens, but it does not revoke TechTwin inside Strava, Oura or Fitbit. To close that fully, remove TechTwin in each service's own settings.
- Waiting-list sign-ups. If you gave us your name and email before creating an account, that record is held separately and is not removed by deleting your account. Email us and we will delete it.
- Operational logs. Our hosting providers keep short-lived server logs for security and debugging. These are not part of your account and age out on their own.
If you only want to remove your genetic data
Settings → Your data → Delete my genetic data
Removes the traits derived from your DNA and stops them being used in your model, without touching the rest of your account. Your raw DNA file was never uploaded to us, so there is nothing else of it to remove.
